Please refer to this guideline before and, or, during a campaign project to understand how we work! This will be the bible of your collaboration process.

Importance of Attachments
Each attachment that we send you is very IMPORTANT! Please READ (not skim through, we have had many influencers who input the wrong information for our clients) and ALWAYS REFER to it when you have questions! It consists all the information you will need in order to propose, draft, and other actions in relation to the completion of your campaign job.
Both our clients and Spotlight TRUST your creativity, professionalism, meticulousness and the ability to complete the campaign(s) based on what the client and Spotlight have provided.
Each form or scope we send to you will be described in details and provided with examples. Please follow the instructions closely, if you are not familiar with our procedure.
But don’t worry, We got your back if you have any urgent questions and can’t figure out with Google! Please email “Help” to spotlight.bot@thecodingbull.com. And someone from our team will respond within 1 day.
Spotlight Bot, the automatic helper will be the bridge of communication between the Business, Spotlight Admin and Yourself. He will be introduced in details below.

1How to meet the guaranteed % of impression and engagement rates?
We know it is hard to guarantee the rate. So we are allowing the following ways that you can achieve that number!
1. You can pay for a boost on the post (ex. $5.00 facebook ad)
2. You can share the post as many times as you want on other platforms to redirect and boost the impressions and engagements back to the original post.
3. Ask your friends & families to share!
2Compensation
In order to create a win-win collaboration, we will need you to be on the top of the game and try your best to create contents that will grab your followers' attention.
How We Calculate Your Compensation
From our data calculations, a lot of influencers either undercharge or overcharge based on their return. So to make sure all of our influencers are getting equal pay for what they can offer, and also to make sure the clients are also receiving positive results, we are introducing a fair way to compensate all Spotlight influencers by paying for your number of followers per channel
Charge per Platform
We understand some platforms such as blog and E-mail newsletter are more exclusive than community platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, so you will be paid more for those exclusive platforms.
Pay per Channel
For private platforms: 2 Spotlight Tokens
For community platforms: 1 Spotlight Token
Guaranteed Return Required by Influencers
No matter if you have 500, 5K or 50K followers, you will only be qualified when you achieved at least 35% impression rate and 1.25% of engagement rate per post that you publish for each platform hired.
This number is not hard to achieve if your content is fun and engaging! Read more about how to pass the rate below.

3Debrief
What is a Debrief?
Debrief is the summaries of the insight you have received for each client. Unlike other platforms or individual brands, we like to ensure the businesses are getting the ROI data to better understand what influencer marketing have contributed to improving their business.
We think this is a fair deal that you have received the commission and the business has received their share of data.
When to Submit the Debrief Form?
Please submit the form on the 30th day of the campaign content publishing date.
i.e. Published on 12th January 2016. Submission date should be 12th February 2016.

4The Spotlight Token
Token Price
1 Token = 1¢
Ex. If you have 2000 followers on Instagram, then you would get 2000 Tokens = $20CAD per post.
Ex. If you have 2000 views on Blog post, then you would get 4000 Tokens = $40 CAD per post.
Invoice
All invoices should include a Paypal email address that we can send payment(s) to.

5Campaign Withdraw
Unfortunately, sometimes things happen. If you cannot fulfill the campaign request on time or would like to withdraw, please let us know a week in advance by sending “Withdraw(your reason)” to Spotlight Bot
6Penalties
We trust your professionalism, in order to maintain a good and healthy system, the penalties will be effective for the following matter:
Late Submission
Late draft submission to the deadline will deduct 5% of the campaign compensation. Late campaign publishing time will deduct 10% of the campaign compensation.
Lost Communication
If you are not replying us when Spotlight bot send you 3 reminders or phone calls made by the Spotlight team during the revised draft submission or payment stage without a notice, we will remove you from our business database.
Inappropriate Content
As this is a sponsored program, we expect all collaborations are positive while staying true to your own opinion. If inappropriate content (inappropriate graphics or languages, negative comments..etc) was written and published, we will not compensate the influencer and will blacklist him or her on Spotlight.

7Spotlight Bot
What is Spotlight Bot?
Spotlight Bot is an artificial intelligent robot that is programmed to send job opportunities, proposals, reminders and also receive certain keywords in response to your needs. It will be the key message delivery robot that you will be interacting mostly.
He is a very nice and sensitive robot, he has feelings too. :)
Reply Keywords
The bot is only programmed to receive certain keywords in which will redirect your message to other sectors of the Spotlight platform to assist you with the keyword functions. He does not receive any replies except for the following keywords:
"My Campaign Status" - check your campaign status
"Unsubscribe" - unsubscribe from our reminder and job opportunity system.
"Help" - when you have questions to ask one of our Spotlight Staff. We will get back to you within 1 business day.
"Withdraw (your reason)" - withdrawing an ongoing campaign job.
"Forgot Password" - dashboard password retrieve.

8Payment
We will send your compensation as a cheque via Canada Post. It will take around 2-4 business days for Canadian addresses, and 4-7 business days for international addresses.
